No, you may order one or as many products as you want.

Will I see a proof of my own image before it is printed on the product?
Yes, you will receive an email with a digital proof before we complete the work. In preparing your image, we will size the photo and enhance the colors if needed.

What does "dpi" or "ppi" mean?
When a computer displays a digital image, it takes the data in the file and display thousands of tiny dots (or pixels) on your screen. The more dots an image has, the more detailed the picture can be. Image quality is measured by dots per inch "dpi" or pixels per inch "ppi". For best results, we recommend that your digital picture be 300 dpi minimum.

What file type do you require for my own image?
JPEG is the best file format. We recommend not compressing the file when you save your JPEG. Send the image in the original size. We also accept PDF files.

What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted on items damaged through shipping only. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace you order. Custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We will gladly reproduce your order if we made a mistake on our end.
